Chiropractors must now be on all workers comp. panels at your work by Georgia Law!
If you are injured at work you have rights. There are very specific laws in Georgia that you must follow. The first is to report the injury IMMEDIATELY to your superiors and fill out the forms. It is illegal for an employer to deny you this right. Then, by law, there MUST be a Chiropractor on the official Workers Comp panel at your place of employment. If there is not inform your employer of the law and respectfully request that we be added. If at first you seek medical treatment and after trying 2 different doctors on the panel you are not getting better YOU HAVE THE RIGHT to seek help from any licensed doctor in the State.
